Welcome to Western Isles Association for Mental Health. 

 

We are a small locally-based charity in the Western Isles of Scotland formed in 1996. Through the various activities and services we deliver, we seek to promote the mental health and wellbeing of the members of our community. In partnership with a range of agencies we offer support to people experiencing mental ill health and encourage and support them in their journey of recovery.

 

Our Catch 23 drop- in opening times are:

Monday to Friday opening Hours 12 noon to 4pm

Saturday open 11am to 3pm

Office open 9am-4pm

 

We provide a number of activities and groups throughout the week

Addictions Support Group

1:30pm to 2:30pm

Wednesday

CPN Drop-in

12noon- 2pm

Creative Writing

2pm to 4pm

Thursday

Arts and Crafts

1:30pm to 4pm

Catch 23 Shut (Minibus Trip)

Catch 23 will be shut Tuesday 1st May as we have organised a minibus trip to the Westside. If you are interested in going please get in touch as soon as possible as seats tend to go fast!
